Orders

Offers & Promotions
We reserve the right to withdraw promotions at any time without notice. Please note that free promotional products have limited stock and we cannot offer substitutes or cash alternatives. Where a promotion requires a discount code we will only accept orders where a valid code has been used and accepted at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel orders where an offer has been used in conjunction with other offers or has been used by a customer for more than one order.

Payments
Payments will be accepted through the online payment system provided or by BACS (details given on checkout). Payments may also be made by telephone. No goods will be dispatched until payment has been received.

VAT & Duty
At present the Apothecary is not a VAT registered company and so no products incur VAT. However should this change in the future we reserve the right to change prices to reflect this and with any change in the rate of duty & VAT. Some goods contain zero rated VAT; on these items VAT would be charged on the due amount only.

Amendments
If we do not have stock of an ordered item we will contact the customer directly to offer them the choice of a substitution or a refund.
